Strength (ストレングス Sutorengusu?), also localized as Strong, is a recurring skill in the Tales series.
Arte Description and History
Strength increases user's P. ATK by a small amount, in most cases by 5%, while in Tales of Xillia and its sequel it increases a parameter known as Strength (腕力 Wanryoku?, "Muscle").
Some games include more powerful form of this skill, known as Strength 2 (ストレングス２ Sutorengusu 2?) and Strength 3 (ストレングス３ Sutorengusu 3?) which usually increase P. ATK or Strength by 10% and 15% respectively. Tales of Vesperia includes skill known as Strength 4 (ストレングス４ Sutorengusu 4?) that increases user's P. ATK by 20% and Tales of Link has up to eight levels of this skill, each increasing ATK more than the lower tier.
Strength is also the name of a supportive spell used by Enforcer EX enemies in the Phantom Tower events of Tales of Crestoria. It has differing effects depending on the user, but it targets one ally.
