Over Brave (オーバーブレイブ, Oobaabureibu^?) is a gameplay mechanic exclusive to Tales of Phantasia: Narikiri Dungeon X, serving as a replacement for the recurring Over Limit.

Function

This function is available after defeating Maxwell. Over Brave can only be activated by pressing the button when the Emotional Brave Gauge is over 100%. While it is active, the character's action speed is doubled. However, this can also drain the EBG, and when it hits 0, the Over Brave is over. If the button is pressed again while the Over Brave is active, the character will perform a mystic arte. Certain enemies can also activate Over Brave if their health is at a certain level.
